After being notified of floor damage we make initial contact with the homeowner within 24 hours. We understand that this is can be stressful; this is why we provide consulting services to the homeowner when evaluating flooring products. Apex Flooring professionals all follow our Representative Code of Conduct which covers appearance, punctuality, etiquette and manners.

Contractors who have worked with us in the past understand we pay attention to all aspects of the project. Our in-house project managers are on-site immediately to mitigate any damage, consult with the homeowners on replacement product and install, but our strengths shine with our well-honed process to ensure all paperwork in submitted to ICC.
We guaranteed to make initial contact with the homeowner within 24 hours from notification. We treat each project differently but ensuring damage is controlled within 24 hours is extremely important to our business success.
Our project managers conduct a site inspection and floor covering samples at the homeowner’s earliest convenience. These samples are submitted to the ICC to determine suitable replacement materials the same day in order to provide a comprehensive quote of replacement costs to ensure no time is wasted.
Following the installation our professionals provide a complete invoice, Material Approval Form and a signed Customer Satisfaction form via ICC and notify the General Contractor the project is fully complete.
